She specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate and Contract Negotiation, Public Tenders and international commercial transactions in general. Clara has a strong focus in Agriculture Law and Agribusiness. She has advised several companies, both local and foreign to set up and develop their businesses in our country. She also participates in the negotiation and drafting of agreements, purchase of companies and development of strategies, as well as in the performance of legal due diligences.
