In the forestry area, we have designed special types of contracts to meet our clients’ needs (e.g., development contracts). We often provide advice on all types of transactions involving the purchase and sale of forests or timber. We also provide advice to some of the main agribusiness companies in Uruguay, having gained a lot of knowledge and experience in the legal aspects of the business related to fertilizers, biostimulants, crop protection, seeds, pesticides and others.

During the last years, we have successfully advised and participated in the purchase of more than 200,000 hectares of land, mostly related to forestation projects, and we are undoubtedly the market leaders in this area.

We advised our client in the acquisition of the fruit-growing establishment known as Migranja, mainly dedicated to the production and export of several species.

We provide ongoing advice to our client, a member of the Argentinean San Miguel Group, one of the main citric producers in the world.
