UPM

We regularly advise our client UPM-Kymmene and its local subsidiaries on all corporate and governance aspects related to its two pulp mills in Uruguay, in Fray Bentos and Centenario. Our client, through the management of its most efficient pulp mills in the world, is the most important exporter in Uruguay.

BBVA

We acted as exclusive legal advisors in the transaction that involved the acquisition of Crédit Uruguay’s banking business. It was one of the largest mergers in the history of the Uruguayan banking system.
