Project Financing:

AKUO ENERGY

We advised Akuo Energy and its subsidiaries in Uruguay in connection with the financing of its wind farms in our country, including the structuring of bridge loans and long-term financings for more than USD 300 million.

UPM-KYMMENE

We provided advise to UPM-Kymmene and its subsidiaries in the financing for the construction of its pulp mill in Fray Bentos, Uruguay, through IFC, Calyon, Nordea and various other banks, for an approximate amount of USD 500 million.
