UPM
Our Firm has advised UPM-Kymmene Corporation in all aspects related to the construction and start-up of its pulp mills in Rio Negro, Uruguay, and in Centenario, Uruguay, and during the complete process of the environmental impact assessment and regarding all permits required. Likewise, we provide ongoing assistance on regulatory aspects and in the control of and compliance with environmental requirements of the mills and in the defence of judicial and administrative processes related to environmental aspects.

We advise Forestal Oriental on land management and land use regulations and regarding compliance with the environmental regulations governing forestry.
