Bookkeeping:

• Recording business transactions and analysing and reconciling accounts on monthly and annual bases.
• Preparing financial statements pursuant to the Uruguayan Appropriate Accounting Standards.

• Preparing public accountant’ reports.
• Binding and filing accounting ledgers.

Payroll:

• Providing monthly payroll settlement services.
• Updating (incorporations, terminations and changes) and filing the payroll with the Social Security Administration (Banco de Previsión Social, BPS).
• Filing the monthly employment history with the BPS and obtaining the payment voucher.
• Recording, renewing and maintaining labor control worksheets as required by the Ministry of Labor (Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, MTSS).
• Obtaining workmen’s compensation insurance from the government agency (Banco de Seguros del Estado, BSE).
• Providing advice on the taxable remuneration items for payroll tax and income tax purposes.
