We provide advice to companies and individuals on various aspects related to competition and consumer defence, including assistance in replying to notices by the Competition Promotion and Defence Commission in transactions involving economic concentration upon mergers, purchase and sale of shares and assets, and other concentration transactions. In our daily practice, we assist clients in matters relating to competition law in their contractual relations, especially in distribution, franchise and other business cooperation contracts.
Our Firm has a team specialized in advertisement law which monitors the guidelines and ads of our clients at both, local and regional levels. We also often appear before the courts or bodies in charge of consumer rights in the defence of our clients affected by unfair and abusive advertising (deceiving campaigns, unlawful comparisons, etc.).
